Hippie Killer 2012

I was debating if I should go to Hippie Killer 2012 today because I had so much to do this morning. It's been a while since I last hung out with friends and I needed to get away for a bit so I said fuck it. Instead of going back home to get my steel horse I just decided to drive there in my truck. Hot damn! I was glad I decided to go. There were quite a few cool looking vintage bikes. I got to see the Love Cycles Knucklehead which until today I only salivated over it on the blog. The bike looks even better in person because it was greasy, dusty, and plain dirty...which shows that it is a daily and reliable daily rider. I went to meet a friend and ended up seeing a lot of others I havent seen in a while. I shot the shit, had a cold beer, checked out some sweet bikes and girls, which until recently there never was any girls at these local home grown shows. But I digress...the bikes that were show cased today were mostly new builds which was great because I was getting tired...of well...the same ol' tired bikes as usual. All an all it was good times and I got to meet some new folks and see the old ones. Kutty and his crew did a great job with the show once again. Next year I won't make plans and i'll ride the steel steed!
